Duties and responsibilities
Loan Officers evaluate and authorize approval of business, real estate, or credit loans. They are specialists at evaluating the financial status of a loan applicant. Duties include updating account records and reviewing loan files.
Competence
Loan Processors are in charge of preparing loan files and submitting them to banks or mortgage lenders for approval. It's their responsibility to ensure that all documents and signatures are in order prior to submission.
Skills
When you take out a mortgage, a loan officer or loan originator is responsible for helping you choose the right type of mortgage.
Language Fluency
English, Yoruba ad Hausa.
